Bus Driver - Motorcoach

CDL Class A or B Motorcoach Driver (Charter & Tours)

Passenger Endorsement Required | $22–$30/hr | Full-Time

Position Summary

We’re hiring CDL Class A or B Motorcoach Drivers (full-time and part-time).

This is a customer-facing passenger role focused on safety, professionalism, and service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate motorcoaches safely on highways, city streets, mountains, and tight locations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage
• Communicate clearly with group leaders and dispatch
• Drive charter trips, tours, and special events throughout California (and occasional out-of-state trips)
• Maintain logs, mileage, and inspection paperwork (ELD/logs as required)

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or B
• Passenger endorsement
• Air Brake endorsement
• 1–2 years of commercial driving experience

(motorcoach, transit, or school bus preferred)

• California SPAB certification Or School Bus certification (or ability to obtain before school trips)
• Clean driving record and strong safety mindset
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights
• Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
• Ability to lift and handle luggage as needed

Pay & Scheduling

• $22.00 – $30.00 per hour

(based on trip type, mileage, and assignment)
