This job opening offers a full-time position with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour plus benefits. The position serves as a key administrative and customer service role within the front of the house. The ideal candidate will provide proficient clerical support, handle reception duties, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment for guests and employees. The role involves supporting senior leadership, particularly the Vice President and other assigned executives, with high-level administrative assistance. Duties include drafting company communications, handling invoice approvals, preparing various reports and documents, and managing office supplies and basic bookkeeping functions. Additionally, this position involves liaising with building landlords, technicians, and other external parties to help maintain smooth facility operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Customer service is a major focus for this role, with expectations to greet guests warmly, answer phone calls, direct visitors, and manage messages efficiently. The successful candidate will also track project deadlines, coordinate meeting room bookings, and assist with travel and logistics arrangements for out-of-state team members. Handling customer complaints and escalating issues appropriately is also an essential part of this position. By maintaining ownership of assigned projects and administrative responsibilities, the individual helps ensure that business operations run effectively and deadlines are consistently met.
