Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant ( QRC-Case Manager)

CompRehab, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of SFM Mutual Insurance Company, and is seeking a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant, (QRC), who will work with injured employees, providing medical management services, while assessing their medical and vocational status and goals, to assist them in returning to work in connection with their Work Comp claim. You will act as a case manager for the injured worker. Experienced QRC's are encouraged to apply, but persons who are not fully accredited will be considered and training will be provided. Your position will be determined based your experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package . You will work fully remote but travel is required in and around the Twin Cities and out state MN. Applicants must live in MN.
