Position: Administrative Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Location: Headquarters in La Habra

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Compensation: 17-20/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Organize files, documents, and office records
  • Assist with data entry and reporting
  • Provide support to management and staff
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with daily office tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
