Industrial Painter/Powder Coater

We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join a growing manufacturing team. This role focuses on wet paint and powder coating applications on industrial and precision-finished parts. This is a high-quality, detail-focused position with MIL-SPEC coating requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply wet paint and powder coatings to industrial parts and components
• Operate and maintain pressure pot spray systems and related equipment
• Prepare materials for coating (masking, cleaning, setup, mixing per specs)
• Ensure proper application thickness and even coverage per MIL-SPEC standards
• Inspect finished work for defects, runs, coverage, and overall quality
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and equipment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in industrial painting, wet paint, or powder coating
• Experience using pressure pot spray equipment
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and specifications
• Familiarity with MIL-SPEC or high-spec coating environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a production setting

Preferred Experience:

• Aerospace, defense, or heavy industrial finishing background
• Knowledge of coating thickness requirements and inspection standards
• Powder coating booth experience a plus
