As a Field Engineer at Samet, you’re an emerging leader at the center of how our projects get built. Working alongside the superintendent, you help coordinate trade partners, keep the schedule honest, document progress in Procore, and hold the line on safety and quality on an active job site. It’s hands-on, fast-moving work—and it’s where many of Samet’s best builders got their start.

Field Engineers grow into the field leaders our projects need. You’ll learn our systems, sharpen your construction knowledge through Samet University and Builders Building Builders, and build the judgment that carries you toward the Assistant Superintendent path and beyond.
