Kidney Care Social Worker - Portland, Part-Time

Northwest Kidney Centers is opening a new Portland Kidney Center in 2026 and is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. This part-time position includes providing comprehensive psychosocial services to both in-center and at-home dialysis patients, supporting their education and care.

The ideal candidate must hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and have an active Oregon State Clinical (LCSW) or Advanced license. Join us to make a difference in patient quality of life.
