Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to fuel our next stage of growth. In this role, you will be the architect behind our paid acquisition strategy, responsible for managing significant budgets and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will go beyond just managing spend—you will analyze the entire funnel to turn data into actionable insights that drive scalable revenue. Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

Monitor daily campaign performance to optimize bids, budgets, and creative assets for maximum ROI.

Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing visual assets based on quantitative feedback.

Analyze full-funnel data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for growth beyond the initial click.

Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.
