Flexible Security Officer

As a Flexible Security Officer, your role is crucial in maintaining safety and security. You will actively monitor various premises by patrolling, enforcing regulations, and responding to incidents. This position will include sites in the areas of Framingham, Westborough, Marlborough, Milford, and Waltham. A clean driving record is essential for this role.

Position Details:

Pay: $22.00/hr

Availability: Must be flexible for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends. The schedule will vary weekly, thus candidates with significant prior commitments may not be suitable.

This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include safeguarding clients' people, property, and assets, monitoring for suspicious activity, providing customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence.

Qualifications:

• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with local and global security teams.
• Commitment to ethical practices and safety protocols.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• 1+ year of customer service experience required; prior security experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable communication and transportation methods.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in English (reading, speaking, writing).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
• Open availability is a must.
