We are a busy growing functional medicine clinic that is searching for our newest team member!

We are looking for a rock star who loves the medical field and who wants to grow within our company. Someone who is kind, strong customer service oriented, a people person and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients
• Coordinate the clinic's schedule and schedule patients appropriately
• Collect payment using our systems
• Discussion of finances and helping the patient pay for treatment
• Effectively interact with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare workers
• Answer phone calls, emails, and tasks throughout the day
• Be able to maneuver and use multi- programs and systems
• Have effective communication with management

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Excellent judgment and oversight skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills are required
• Strong technology skills
• Strong math skills
• Ability to have oversight on patient accounts and have close attention to detail
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines and high call volumes
• Minimum of 2-5 years relevant work experience in healthcare field current

Schedule:

Monday,Wednesday & Thursdays 8:30-5pm

Tuesday 8-5pm & Friday 8:30-3pm
