Heavy Equipment Operators/Laborers - Hotel + Paid Travel - Nashville, TN

R.J. Corman Railroad Services is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators/Laborers to join their team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves operating and maintaining heavy equipment for railroad derailment clearing and material handling. Candidates will enjoy a dynamic work environment, frequent travel, and opportunities for advancement. What You’ll Need

• Ability to work on call 24/7 and travel frequently to job sites
• Must live within 45 minutes of the R.J. Corman shop
• Must pass background, drug screen, and physical capacity test
• Valid CDL-A with no restrictions and manual endorsement and DOT medical card highly preferred
• Lifting up to 100 lbs. maximum, frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights over 25 feet, on bridges, over water, or in water
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
