Health at Lafayette Centre is currently seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist for a full-time position at our outpatient imaging center located in Washington DC. The open shift is from 8am to 4:30 working Monday to Friday. $10K Sign On Bonus Offered!

JOB SUMMARY Performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner. Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.

EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years experience as a Radiography Technologist EDUCATION Must have a minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT. Additionally, must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice. BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.

SKILLS/ABILITIES Skill in operation of radiographic equipment as well as applicable ancillary equipment. Ability to work independently and multitask. Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
