Assistant Vice President of Relationship Management

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice President of Relationship Management will oversee third-party distribution relationships in the life insurance sector, focusing on strategic partnerships and sales alignment while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers to drive team performance and alignment with organizational goals Own and elevate strategic relationships at the executive level within the IMO/NMO/DT channels to enhance growth and loyalty Establish and manage performance metrics to inform resource allocation and business planning for distribution relationships Required qualifications High school diploma required; college degree or related work experience preferred 10+ years of experience in life insurance with a focus on third-party distribution channels (BGA/IMO/NMO) Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams Strong analytical mindset with experience in developing performance metrics Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level, both internally and externally
