Ad Operations Senior Associate

Managing the end-to-end setup and execution of advertising campaigns, the full-time Ad Operations Senior Associate will ensure accurate implementation and timely launch of both direct-sold and programmatic campaigns while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the setup, trafficking, and launch of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and formats Coordinate campaign requirements with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation and timely launch Monitor delivery metrics and analyze campaign reports to troubleshoot issues and support optimization efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 3 to 5 years of experience in ad operations or digital advertising operations Proficiency in QA processes and ad server setups Experience with campaign performance analysis and troubleshooting Familiarity with HTML and tracking tags
