Machinist
Crux Subsurface is seeking a Machinist to develop custom parts using CNC technology and equipment according to design specifications. This is a small in-house shop focused on prototype and custom component work — not high-volume production. You'll operate and maintain CNC and manual machines working primarily with mild steel, alloys, and aluminum.
Hourly: $28.00 - $34.00 DOE

Set up and operate CNC lathes and CNC mills/machining centers
Build custom parts to print or specification
Write and edit lathe and mill programs using G&M code, (preferred but not required)
Use MasterCam to program CNC mill and lathe operations, (preferred but not required)
Perform routine maintenance on all machining equipment; Minimum one (1) years CNC experience in a professional shop setting
Experience with CNC lathe setup including loading programs, tool touch-off, and jaw boring
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly throughout shift
Forklift experience
2–3 years CNC experience preferred
