Elevation Autism Center is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle. This is a primarily remote role with willingness to travel to our Alpharetta and Kennesaw locations for weekly team meetings and new hire orientations.

Health Reimbursement Account: $550/month (individual) or $900/month (family), eligible at hire

Your Day to Day

Payroll & Compensation

Process biweekly payroll (~270 hourly employees) and semimonthly payroll (~80 salaried employees) through Paylocity

Process compensation changes

Serve as an internal point of contact for employee and manager questions, including time-off balances, payroll inquiries, and Paylocity troubleshooting

Monitor and communicate clock-in/clock-out compliance

Onboarding & Offboarding

Own the onboarding experience from a new hire’s first day, including all system setup for salaried employees, Paylocity setup for hourly employees, and equipment ordering and distribution for all new hires

Lead onboarding orientation for salaried new hires, walking through benefits and systems (~2x per month)

Process all offboarding activity, including system terminations for hourly and salaried employees, equipment collection, required documentation, and completion of the termination checklist

Administration & Systems

Maintain accurate employee records and conduct regular audits across company systems and platforms

Process and report workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

Complete employment verification requests

Manage t-shirt ordering and inventory
