🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipping operations (parcel, LTL, FTL)
• Ensure accurate receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• Supervise and schedule warehouse staff
• Monitor productivity, shipping accuracy, and turnaround times
• Maintain safety standards and enforce OSHA compliance

✅ Qualifications

• 3+ years of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with WMS and shipping systems
• Strong knowledge of freight, dock operations, and inventory control
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
