You Are: Pega Business Analyst

The Work:

A Pega Business Analyst role focused on leading client meetings, gathering and documenting user requirements, and managing user stories in JIRA. This position partners closely with development teams to clarify requirements, support sprint planning, and oversee testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client meetings

Gather and document user requirements

Manage user stories in JIRA

Partner with development teams to clarify requirements

Support sprint planning

Perform functional testing

Demo completed user stories for client approval

Coordinate UAT planning and execution with end users

Support deployment activities

Prepare key project deliverables

Provide timely status updates to managers and client leads

Utilize strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
