IT Operations Project Manager

Managing the full life cycle of technology projects, the full-time IT Operations Project Manager will oversee initiatives related to Enterprise Applications, IT Security, and Network/System Infrastructure, while working remotely to enhance IT Operations processes and procedures. Key responsibilities Manage projects under the IT Operations & Services Portfolio, focusing on process improvements and change management Collaborate with IT management and stakeholders to develop project plans with clear dependencies and resource estimates Facilitate communication and meetings between IT Operations and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum seven years of experience as an IT professional Demonstrated skills in Project Management, Change Management, and Release Management In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Azure, and Enterprise Applications Experience in IT Security, Systems/Network Administration, and process improvement initiatives
