About the Role Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their Corporate Finance department. This is an on-site role based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma , offering a key position within the financial planning and analysis function. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, developing financial models, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes, along with excellent Excel and data analysis skills. You will work closely with various departments to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and contribute to the company's financial health and growth. This role is integral to our financial operations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma . Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management. Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance against budget and forecast. Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate financial plans. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations. Assist in financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic initiatives. Streamline and improve financial reporting processes and tools. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Support the treasury function, including cash flow forecasting and analysis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. CPA or CFA designation is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling. Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Experience working in a corporate finance setting.
