Pastry Chef for Local Bakery

We are a retail bakery which includes a high volume wholesale operation in search of a Pastry Chef to manage and run the Pastry section of our bakery of over 39 years. The best candidate will be a self-starter with previous management experience. We want someone who will take our bakery to a higher level and has the desire to grow with our company.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Assist the Head Pastry Chef with Orders
• Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
• Ensure the pastry are and bakery adhere to the health and safety regulations
• Develop new pastry recipes
