What You'll Do as a Real Estate Agent
You’ll be in the driver’s seat of your business, with full support from our leadership team and office systems.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Hosting open houses, listing appointments, and client consultations
- Prospecting through your network, referrals, and lead sources
- Marketing listings and building your brand locally
- Managing transactions from contract to close with professionalism
- Staying informed on market trends, pricing, and negotiation strategies

Compensation and Support
This is a commission-only role. However, our agents often earn between $94,848 and $110,578 annually—with no income ceiling.
