Perform advanced diagnostics and repair on a wide range of vehicles to Cox Automotive quality standards
Lead complex troubleshooting of engines, electrical, braking, and drivetrain systems
Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and ensure reconditioned units meet safety and performance requirements
Mentor and coach junior technicians, sharing best practices and technical expertise
Accurately document work performed in digital systems and maintain detailed repair records
Collaborate with service managers, estimators, and operations teams to prioritize workflow
Ensure shop safety, proper tool use, and adherence to all regulatory and environmental guidelines
Stay current on emerging automotive technologies and participate in ongoing training
