Responsibilities Operating heavy machinery for excavation, grading, and site prep

Performing routine equipment maintenance

Following strict safety protocols

Collaborating with a skilled team to meet project goals and deadlines

Qualifications Proven experience with heavy equipment and excavation

Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safe operation

A team-first attitude and strong communication skills

Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions

A high school diploma or equivalent

Prior construction experience (preferred)
