Legions Exterior Pros is seeking motivated and energetic Sales Representatives to join our team in St. Louis County. If you're a self-starter who enjoys meeting new people, working outdoors, and has a passion for sales, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career.

No roofing experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training through Legions University to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood prospecting.
• Schedule roof and exterior inspections with homeowners.
• Meet with customers to discuss their exterior restoration needs, including roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.
• Work toward daily performance goals, including doors knocked and inspections scheduled.
• Utilize company-provided training resources and sales tools to continuously improve your performance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Roofing or exterior restoration experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and face-to-face customer interactions.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license required.

Compensation

• Competitive 8% commission on all sales.
• $1,000 monthly bonus when reaching $80,000 in monthly sales.
• Paid training at $150 per day for up to 4 weeks.
• Uncapped earning potential.

Schedule

• Five-day workweek required.
• Optional Saturday work depending on weather and business needs.
• Sundays off.
• Typical hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for evening canvassing when needed.

Territory & Vehicle

• Territory covers St. Louis County, MO.
• Company vehicle provided for work use (pickup and drop-off at the office).
• 50% gas reimbursement provided.
