Engage Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our neurologic-focused outpatient team.

Our clinicians are scheduled for true 1:1 patient care with manageable daily caseloads averaging approximately 11 patients per day.

This position is ideal for a PT who values meaningful patient relationships, collaborative teamwork, and the opportunity to continue developing their clinical and leadership skills within a supportive practice culture.

During the first 6 months, clinicians participate in a structured onboarding and mentorship process designed to support long-term clinical growth and success. This includes:

  • Paid professional development and continuing education opportunities

Patient Population

Our therapists work with a diverse outpatient neurologic and orthopedic population, including:

  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Stroke recovery
  • Vestibular dysfunction
  • Balance and gait disorders
  • Concussion
  • Neuropathy
  • Functional mobility impairments
  • General orthopedic conditions

We are passionate about helping patients improve confidence, independence, and quality of life through individualized care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based neurologic and orthopedic interventions
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment

Schedule & Clinical Expectations

  • Full-time outpatient position
  • True 1:1 treatment sessions

  • Average caseload of approximately 11 patients/day

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current New York State Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in neurologic rehabilitation preferred
