Talent Acquisition Specialist (Transportation and Infrastructure)

GAI Consultants is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talented and energetic Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for using their professional experience and network to source candidates for requisitions as well as pipeline talent. Specific experience in Transportation and Infrastructure sourcing is preferred, along with experience with the various third-party sourcing software and evolving AI features.

This individual will work closely with leadership to understand the hiring and targeted sourcing plan. This position will target engineering-based talent working in the Transportation and Infrastructure field. Annual discretionary bonus in addition to base pay potential.
