The Opportunity
As our organization continues to grow, we're expanding our financial team with a role that goes beyond traditional bookkeeping. We're looking for someone to take ownership of the financial operations across all of our locations—not just managing day-to-day transactions, but understanding where resources are being invested, why, and helping guide informed financial decisions that support our continued growth.
As our organization continues to expand, so will this opportunity. This role is designed with long-term growth in mind, offering a pathway to a Director of Finance or CFO-level position. You'll work closely with ownership, develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, and become a trusted partner in shaping the financial strategy of our multi-location practice. What You'll Do
Day-to-Day Financial Operations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable across all clinic locations
- Post deposits and payments accurately to the correct accounts and locations
- Perform bank and account reconciliations monthly
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Monitor cash flow and flag issues before they become problems
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Allocate income and expenses across multiple clinic locations so we can see how each one is actually performing
- Build and maintain reports that ownership uses to make decisions
- Track key financial metrics and flag trends — good or bad
Growth Responsibilities (as you develop)
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Help identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability
- Coordinate with our outside CPA and tax professionals
- Support financial decision-making for new locations, equipment purchases, and practice growth
- Help build and improve financial processes and internal controls as the practice scales
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business — or equivalent real-world experience. We care more about what you can do than what's on your diploma.
- 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required — we'll teach you the industry.
- Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks (this is non-negotiable — it's what we run on).
- Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Someone who asks questions, takes initiative, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
