About the Role:
The Housekeeping Technician is a vital role within the Housekeeping Team, ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tools are properly maintained, operational, and ready to support the guest experience. This team member plays a key part in upholding superior cleanliness and maintenance standards across the hotel.
- Ensure all assigned guest rooms are cleaned and maintained in compliance with Four Seasons standards.
- Examine rooms regularly to ensure cleanliness and check for missing amenities or provisions.
- Exhibit sincere hospitality and encourage the use of hotel services and products.
- Anticipate and respond to guest requests, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and machinery, reporting any defects or accidents promptly.
- Immediately report any found guest keys or belongings in check-out rooms to the Housekeeping Office.
- Maintain an orderly linen room and ensure cleaning equipment is regularly serviced and well-maintained.
- Communicate to management about rooms requiring no servicing or marked with Privacy indicators.
- Report any required repairs or maintenance tasks via the HotSOS platform.
- Manage the proper storage and maintenance of all cleaning equipment.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with a luxury hotel background.
- The ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods during shifts.
- Proficiency in operating cleaning tools and equipment.
- A keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining cleanliness.
- Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
- Current work authorization.

Schedule & Hours:
- This position is full-time.
- The ideal candidate should be flexible to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
