The ideal candidate has experience improving operational efficiency, leading high-volume service operations, developing field teams, and implementing scalable systems and processes. This individual will bring operational discipline, accountability, and industry best practices to build a best-in-class service organization.

Roofing Service Manager Key Objectives

Build and lead a high-performing, scalable service operation that delivers operational excellence and profitability, and strong customer satisfaction.

Improve operational efficiency and accountability through disciplined dispatching, workforce management, quality control, KPI visibility, and continuous process improvement

Over see the departments Operation, Scheduling, Quality & Safety, Customer Growth, and Financial Performance

Roofing Service Manager Requirements

7-10+ years in commercial roofing, especially service, repairs, and maintenance

3-5+ years managing service operations, dispatching, or field service teams

Experience leading successful service operations and service personnel

Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified, Metal, coatings), materials, application techniques, and manufacturer installation requirements.

Operational and financial acumen.

Experience with job costing, labor productivity analysis, and margin management, and using ERP, CRM software, dispatching, and field service platforms, and GPS-based reporting tools.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable

Strong organizational and planning skills

Strong written and verbal communication
