Driving consultant engagement strategies, the full-time salaried Sales Enablement Director will manage onboarding, mobilization, and readiness operations remotely while ensuring consultants are qualified and engagement-ready to meet business demand. Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize consultant onboarding, credentialing, and mobilization processes Implement and manage the Consultant Concierge service for swift issue resolution related to onboarding and readiness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align consultant supply with projected demand and operational needs Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8-12+ years of experience in client operations or related fields Proven experience in managing complex workflows and process improvement initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively Familiarity with automation or AI in talent readiness workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools
