Job Description
- Assist with the management of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Support project budgeting, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, contracts, and procurement activities
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, architects, and ownership groups
- Conduct regular site visits and assist with project reporting and documentation
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project workflows and communication

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction should have:
- 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor, Developer, or Multifamily Builder
- Experience on multifamily projects including garden-style, wrap, or podium construction
- Strong tenure with demonstrated commitment to previous employers
- Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
- Detail-oriented, professional, and motivated to build a long-term career
