Job Description

  • Assist with the management of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support project budgeting, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, contracts, and procurement activities
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, architects, and ownership groups
  • Conduct regular site visits and assist with project reporting and documentation
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project workflows and communication

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction should have:

  • 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor, Developer, or Multifamily Builder
  • Experience on multifamily projects including garden-style, wrap, or podium construction
  • Strong tenure with demonstrated commitment to previous employers
  • Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and motivated to build a long-term career
