This position is with a local distribution company looking for a dependable CSR to join their team.
Job Details:
- Candidate will speak to the same customers every week, building a rapport.
- Candidate will handle 100-150 outbound calls a day.
- Candidate will support staff with maintaining adequate product levels.
Requirements
- Must have call center customer service experience.
- Good work attendance history.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Candidate must be able to manage time wisely.
