  • You want a pure “hands-off” sales role or a desk-only account management position (this is a player-coach role with regular on-site inspections, client visits, and real operational involvement)

Who This Role Is For

This role is for a builder with ownership mentality and a service-first heart.

You may be a fit if you:

  • Have experience in commercial services, facilities management, contract cleaning, property management, or B2B client-facing roles ● Understand long-term relationship building and the trust-based decisions that come with facility services ● Have personally managed accounts and driven new business development (calls, networking, RFPs, proposals, closings) ● Can translate real client pain — cleanliness standards, safety, reliability, cost control — into honest, compelling conversations and solutions ● Care about retention rates, revenue growth, and client outcomes — not just activity ● Are comfortable being measured ● Want a real scoreboard ● Believe results are a form of care
