Role Description The Bookkeeping Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Orlando. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including recording daily transactions, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts. The Bookkeeping Administrator will assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensure proper use of accounting software, and support month-end and year-end closing processes. Daily responsibilities include verifying data for accuracy, organizing financial documentation, and communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. The role also involves supporting the wider accounting team with reporting needs and contributing to the improvement of bookkeeping processes. Qualifications Strong bookkeeping skills, including accurate recording of transactions and maintenance of ledgers. Experience with financial statements and an understanding of basic finance and reporting principles. Proficiency with accounting software and tools commonly used for small and medium-sized businesses. Ability to prepare and review journal entries (accounting) and perform account reconciliations. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and clients. Prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role; formal education in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. Capacity to work on-site in Greater Orlando and collaborate in a professional office environment.
