Maintenance Controller

Frontier’s Maintenance Controllers keep the operation moving. In this role, you’ll oversee real‑time maintenance activity for the Airbus A319/A320 fleet, manage out‑of‑service events, and coordinate with SOC, Maintenance, Engineering, and vendors to minimize downtime. You’ll authorize MEL/CDL actions, guide troubleshooting, and maintain situational awareness across the operation. This position is ideal for experienced A&P professionals with strong Airbus systems expertise who thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
