At Morgan Stanley, we are looking for a motivated and hardworking Private Credit Associate to join our team. As a Private Credit Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the firm by helping to originate, evaluate, and structure credit investments. You should have a strong knowledge of credit markets and products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced team environment. If you have a demonstrated track record of success and are looking to take the next step in your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a private credit role• Strong knowledge and understanding of credit markets and products• Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n• Originate, evaluate, and structure credit investments
- Monitor market conditions and trends to identify potential investment opportunities
- Analyze financial statements and other relevant documents to assess creditworthiness of potential investments
- Develop and present credit investment recommendations to senior management
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of market conditions and products
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents related to credit investments
- Participate in meetings and negotiations with potential counterparties
- Assist in the structuring and closing of credit investments
- Monitor credit portfolios and performance of credit investments
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate execution of credit investments
