Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager (CPA) with 4–8 years of assurance experience serving not‑for‑profit organizations, employee benefit plans, or/and privately held businesses. The Audit Manager will oversee client engagements, supervise team members, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion
  • Lead and supervise interns, staff, and senior accountants
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to add value to clients and improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm quality standards
  • Participate in firm initiatives and niche industry teams

Required Qualifications

  • Active CPA license
  • 4–8 years of public accounting experience in audit/assurance
  • Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
  • Experience supervising and developing staff
  • Excellent communication and client service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Audit experience with:

  • Employee Benefit Plans (EBP)
  • Privately held businesses
  • Reviews and compilations
