What You'll Be Doing
As a Scooter's Coffee Barista, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Start and end the day right: Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
•
Deliver exceptional service: Greet customers with a smile, take orders, and prepare beverages and sweet treats to perfection (think coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and pastries).

Keep things spotless: Clean, sanitize, and maintain the store to ensure a welcoming environment.
•
Handle food with care: Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety.
•
Stay stocked and ready: Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed, while keeping inventory levels in check and communicating shortages.
•
Be the expert: Share your knowledge of our offerings to efficiently serve customers.
•
Support behind the scenes: Assist with administrative tasks like ordering products, organizing the stockroom, and coordinating with vendors.
•
Solve problems with a smile: Research and resolve quality or service complaints to keep our customers happy.
•
Pitch in where needed: Receive, unload, and distribute deliveries, along with other duties as assigned.
