Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist role will be a dedicated, proactive, and knowledgeable HR professional who will assist and support the Human Resources department in developing and executing Team Member procedures and policies, and guide for all UGN Team Members at the facility. Through participation and leadership in various HR areas, the HR Generalist will assist in administering benefits, workers' compensation, and employee performance programs. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring that our organization operates smoothly.
