Horizon Life is growing its Tampa sales team and looking for driven Life Insurance Sales Representatives who want to build a real career, not just find a job. We provide the training, licensing support, leads, and leadership structure. You bring the work ethic and coachability.
No life insurance experience required. If you've succeeded in sales, customer service, real estate, mortgage, automotive, solar, or hospitality you already have transferable skills that win here.
What You'll Do
- Consult with inbound clients who have expressed interest in life insurance coverage
- Guide clients through coverage options and help them select the right policy
- Follow a proven, compliant sales process from first call to close
- Complete Horizon Life's structured onboarding and licensing program
- Track activity and performance metrics with leadership support
- Build toward leadership and growth opportunities as you produce

- Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Professional phone presence
- Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (or already licensed — preferred)

- Compensation
Commission-based. Earnings are directly tied to your activity and production. New hires generally earn $120,000-$200,000+ in their first year.
