Part-time Custodian

We are currently seeking a dependable and trustworthy individual to fill a part-time janitorial position in Bernalillo, NM.

This role offers flexible hours, five days per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on special assignments.

Available to start July 1st

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Early mornings or late afternoons (flexible, to be determined)

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Vacuum carpets
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Clean mirrors, glass, and drinking fountains
• Perform light dusting of surfaces and furniture.
• Empty trash; transport waste to designated disposal areas (lift up to 25 lbs.)
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions
• Report maintenance issues or needed repairs
• Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule and follow assigned checklists
• Ensure all areas are kept neat, sanitary, and presentable

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and consistently
• Availability during early or late hours as needed
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the job site
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
