About the Company

At Giannini | Gray | Schwartz Dental Partners, we have proudly served the Washington, DC community for over 40 years.

Our established, multi-doctor practice is known for providing outstanding dentistry in a warm, welcoming environment. We combine advanced technology with a patient-centered approach and are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting doctors chairside during a variety of procedures, including restorative, crown and bridge, cosmetic, and clear aligner treatment
• Taking digital radiographs
• Fabricating temporary crowns
• Assisting with impressions and digital workflows
• Performing intraoral scanning using TRIOS and iTero technology
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
• Following sterilization and infection control protocols
• Managing clinical setups and supply inventory
• Supporting doctors and hygienists to ensure an efficient and seamless patient experience

Requirements

• Active DC Level I or II Dental Assistant Certification (preferred)
• Current radiology certification (preferred)
• Minimum one year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of infection control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation:

• $25–$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
