Star Physical Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist – Clinic Director to lead our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Katy, Texas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while mentoring clinicians, building strong relationships within the community, and driving clinic growth. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both your patients and your team in a supportive, collaborative environment that values clinical excellence and leadership.
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Texas Physical Therapist license
CPR certification
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, and team members
Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
Interest in clinic development and community outreach; marketing experience is a plus
Self-motivated leader with a passion for mentoring and professional growth
Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Compensation
Salary: $85,000–$92,000 (includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus)
