Full time schedule: 3 days a week, 12 hour shifts 7am-7:30pm. Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN at the CrisisCare Center is responsible for providing medical assistance to adult consumers with mental illness or co-occurring disorders. Family & Children's Services utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care. As a member of a multi-disciplinary care team you will successfully support clients by providing whole person care with this transformative model.
