Senior Maintenance Technician - Property Communities

GSF Properties Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician III in Fresno, CA. In this role, you will perform various maintenance tasks across the property management community, ensuring units and common areas are well-maintained.

You will manage service requests, assist in the upkeep of community grounds, and provide excellent customer service to residents. A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience and knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems are required.
