Position: HVAC-Certified Maintenance Technician (Multifamily)

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech for the Reserve at Town Center located in Alaska. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property and completing work orders based on priority. They will also perform preventative maintenance and assist with emergency calls.
