Field Worker/ Construction

We are looking to hire field workers and assistant site managers to join our construction team. You will be responsible for reporting to the site manager and being a collaborative member at the job site. Experience Required.

Requirements:

• Physical strength and stamina for performing heavy labor such as lifting materials.
• Work efficiently and effectively to deliver results on time.
• Be organized and be able to maintain a clean workspace.
• Acknowledge and understand the importance of safety at the job site.
• Be able to cooperate and collaborate with other workers.
• Able to communicate.
• Required background check.

-Citizen/Proof of Residency Required

Description/Skills:

• Demolition of structures, walls, and other tough materials at the job site.
• Knowledge and experience in operating equipment used for construction and demolition.

-Experience in framing, carpentry, and tile work.

• Assist on-site manager and project manager with construction projects.
• Unload and carry materials.
• Clean out job sites from debris and discarded material.
