Senior Estimator

This role helps shape project estimates. You'll take complex drawings, specifications, and customer requirements and turn them into accurate estimates that drive project decisions, protect margins, and support business growth. Working closely with production and leadership teams, you'll play a key role in determining how projects are planned, priced, and won.

• Prepare cost and labor estimates from drawings, specifications, and scope documents
• Review contracts and proposals to identify commercial risks
• Work with production teams to assess fabrication, machining, and assembly costs
• Ensure estimates are accurate and aligned with project requirements
• Support business development by reviewing quoted opportunities

Around 10 years of experience in steel fabrication

Strong contract administration and contract management knowledge

Experience with RFPs, FFP, and T&M contracts

Understanding of heavy steel fabrication costing methods

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
