Technologist, Inc. is seeking a Project Planning/Program Development Engineer to support our work onsite at Cheyenne Mountain SFS primarily and Peterson SFB occasionally.
This position will be full-time and on-site at Cheyenne Mountain & occasionally Peterson SFB.

Hours 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays.
What You Will Do:
- Provide assistance and technical support in the identification, development, and preparation of FSRM, Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF), customer-funded programs, and MILCON projects. Perform all required Enterprise Business System (EBS) data entry for assigned projects, as required. Conduct NEXGEN IT, Comprehensive Planning Platform (CPP) and SMS data entry, data quality assurance & data quality control in support of 21 CES.
- Work with customers to define project requirements, prepare cost estimates, draft DD Form 1391s, and other components of the acquisition package for government approval and submission.
- Will be expected to program up to 3 projects per month.
- Coordinate with other governmental personnel, as necessary, to define project requirements, ensure compliance with Federal, State, local and Air/Space Force regulations.
- Will follow all applicable laws and Air/Space Force Instructions when categorizing project work.
- Will determine the MILCON Facility Replacement Cost for a facility in accordance with AFI 32-1032, as required.
- Will assess applicable cost basis, and investigate applicable recent, relevant project data that could serve to improve fidelity of the cost estimate.
- Will complete requirements in accordance with AFCEC business rules/policies. Rules/policies will be provided following hire.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and analytical techniques to support complex engineering assignments relating to civil engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil electrical, and architecture) and the ability to follow established project related procedures and complete established project milestones.
